Job summary

Lakewood Ranch Medical Center in Bradenton, FL invites experienced Registered Nurses to join our Night Shift Ortho team. This full-time role offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus for eligible candidates with 2+ years of RN experience, and a supportive environment focused on patient-centered care.

As a critical care aligned unit, you will provide safe, competent nursing care following policy and standards, lead sub-teams, and collaborate with physicians and allied health staff to improve patient

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN program and Florida or compact license.
• Current BLS at hire; ACLS/PALS/NRP as required by unit.
• Two or more years of RN experience preferred for sign-on eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Provides professional leadership and support to the healthcare team.
• Delivers safe, competent nursing care per policies and standards.
• Demonstrates Service Excellence in interactions with patients and families.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
