Job summary

Lakewood Ranch Medical Center (LWRMC) is seeking a Registered Nurse RN Ortho for part-time night shifts. The RN will provide safe, competent orthopedic nursing care in a high-quality acute-care setting, aligned with facility policies and patient-centered care.

The role requires Florida nursing licensure, BLS, and ACLS within start date, with prior acute care experience preferred. LWRMC offers comprehensive benefits, career development, and a supportive healthcare team.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program.
• Current American Heart Association or American Red Cross BLS at time of hire.
• Current active Florida or Compact Nursing License.
• Prefer one year, full-time or 3 years, part-time experience in acute care setting.
• ACLS as of start date for most units; NRP/PALS/CPI per unit requirements as of start date.
• NIH within 90 days of start date for specified areas where applicable.
