OrthoArizona is seeking a Practical Tech in Glendale to support radiology services across our orthopedic practice. You will ensure equipment is functional, explain procedures to patients, and handle radiologic imaging orders with careful adherence to safety protocols.

You will document patient care in the EMR, manage imaging imports to the office PACS, and assist with preparing patients for procedures while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.

Formación

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with EMR software and charting.
• Ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure radiology equipment is in working order and supplies are stocked.
• Explain procedures to patients and answer questions.
• Complete X-Ray orders in the system and protect patients from unnecessary radiation.
• Document patient care in EMR and export imaging as needed.
• Prepare patients for radiologic procedures and perform X-rays safely.
• Maintain QC logs and dosimetry records as required.
