Job summary

University of Rochester seeks a Radiologic Technologist to produce high quality X-ray images in the Imaging Sciences department. You will verify orders, position patients, and select exposure factors to ensure diagnostic quality while following safety and privacy protocols.

The role requires formal training in radiologic technology and NYS CRT licensure with ARRT CE credits. Full-time, on-site position at 10 Miracle Mile Dr, Rochester.

Qualifications

• Completion of formal training in an approved School of Radiologic Technology.
• NY State licensure (CRT) required at hire and ARRT certification with CE credits.

Responsibilities

• Produce high quality X-ray images following orders and safety rules.
• Position patients, set exposure factors, and verify accurate patient data.
• Operate equipment, document exams, and route images to PACS.
• Assist with training or day-to-day supervision as needed.
