Qualifications

• Current MA Certification from CMA, RMA or NCMA is required.
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire and kept up-to-date.
• Prior medical assistant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs basic medical care under supervision and documents care.
• Assists in preparing patients to see the physician and schedules referrals.
• Charts observations and ensures chart entries include name, title, date, and time.
• Performs receptionist duties and supports practice operations as directed.
