Schedule: Full Time

Shift: Monday-Friday, 6am-3pm or 7am-4pm

Community Served: Physical Therapy Patients

Location: 125 Cypress Edge Drive Suite 101, Palm Coast, FL 32164

Role: Conducts physical therapy under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.

Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized treatment plans based on evaluations, modifying as needed.
• Collect patient data and communicate discharge recommendations.
• Participate in quality improvement activities and support departmental standards.
• Maintain clinical competencies and serve as a clinical instructor.
• Support marketing efforts by building referral relationships and participating in community outreach.

Qualifications:

• Basic Life Support Certification required
• Valid Physical Therapy Assistant License or Temporary License required
