Southeast Orthopedic Specialists, LLC is seeking a Physician Assistant (PA-C) or Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) with a focus on orthopedics and sports medicine to join our collaborative team in Florida. This full-time role involves evaluating and treating hand, wrist, and upper-extremity conditions, performing assessments, and participating in OR procedures as a First Assist.

Ideal candidates hold a Florida PA-C or ARNP license, CPR certification, and orthopedic experience is

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program.
• Active Florida PA-C or ARNP license (or ability to obtain prior to start).
• Current CPR certification.
• Orthopedic, surgical, or hand and upper extremity experience preferred.
• Strong clinical, communication, and patient care skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat hand, wrist, and upper extremity conditions.
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Order and interpret diagnostic imaging and tests.
• Administer injections and prescribe medications.
• Assist in hand and upper extremity surgical procedures as First Assist.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and multidisciplinary care teams.
• Provide pre- and post-operative patient care.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans to optimize outcomes.
• Triage questions and educate patients.
