Job summary

Southeast Orthopedic Specialists, LLC seeks a Physician Assistant (PA-C) or Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) to join our orthopedics and sports medicine team in a full-time outpatient setting.

You will evaluate and treat orthopedic injuries, perform exams, order imaging, provide injections and meds, and participate in OR time as First Assist. A Florida PA-C/ARNP license and CPR certification are required or soon obtainable.

Qualifications

• Requires active Florida PA-C or ARNP license or ability to obtain prior to start.
• Graduate of or currently enrolled in an accredited PA-C or ARNP program.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Interest or experience in orthopedics or sports medicine preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat orthopedic and sports-related injuries.
• Perform physical exams and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Order and interpret imaging and diagnostic tests.
• Administer injections, suture wounds, and prescribe medications.
• Provide pre- and post-operative patient care.
• Participate in Operating Room (OR) time as First Assist.
• Collaborate closely with physicians, therapists, and care teams.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans for optimal outcomes.
• Provide patient triage and respond to urgent clinical needs.
• Educate patients on injury prevention, recovery, and performance.
• Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical documentation.

We are seeking a Physician Assistant (PA-C) or Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) with an interest in orthopedics and sports medicine to join our growing, collaborative team.

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat orthopedic and sports-related injuries
• Perform physical exams and develop individualized treatment plans
