Franciscan Surgery Center, LLC in Carmel, IN is hiring an experienced RN for operating room oriented care. You will practice in adherence to state nursing standards, support patients and families, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve excellent outcomes.

The role requires ADN, RN licensure, BLS, and ideally ACLS. Sign-on bonus up to $7,500 is offered. Shifts are 4 x 10 hours, with no holidays, benefiting a full-time permanent placement.

Qualifications

• Required ADN
• RN license in state of practice (Required)
• BLS - American Heart Association (Required)
• ACLS - American Heart Association (Preferred / Required if specified by unit)

Responsabilités

• Provide nursing care aligned with organizational standards and regulations.
• Offer emotional, psychological, and spiritual support to patients and families.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team for optimal outcomes.
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and data analysis.
• Coordinate care plans and ensure safe delivery of care.
• Communicate changes in assessment to providers for care plan updates.
• Maintain infection-control protocols and safe work environment.
• Monitor inventory levels and manage supplies as assigned.
