Job summary

IU Health is seeking qualified RNs with at least one year of experience to join a team supporting surgeons in clinic at the Carmel office. Roles include travel 1-2 days per week, with core hours Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, no weekends or holidays.

Qualifications

• Requires ASN; BSN preferred.
• Active RN license in Indiana or NLC.
• BLS certification required; other ALS may be required per unit.

Responsibilities

• Perform phone triage and manage referrals.
• Handle FMLA and Short-Term Disability paperwork.
• Assist with clinic flow, procedures, scheduling, and rooming patients.
• Provide patient education and care coordination.
• Assist with surgery scheduling and cardiac clearances.
• Support Pre-Services, PAT clinic, ASC/OR staff and physicians.
