Job summary

NYU Langone Health is seeking an experienced OR Registered Nurse to contribute to patient care in our orthopedic hospital. The role emphasizes assessment, planning, and evaluation as part of a collaborative care team.

The OR RN will work in a busy orthopedic environment with a focus on patient-centered care, safety, and adherence to core nursing standards. A NYS RN license and BSN are required, with CNOR preferred and benefits included.

Qualifications

• Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing is required.
• Current NYS Registered Professional Nurse license is required.
• CNOR certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collect patient health data using established assessment techniques.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team and promote collegial relationships.
• Coordinate unit activities to provide compassionate patient care.
