Job summary

Qualifications

• Fluent written and spoken English language skills.
• Current NYS Registered Professional Nurse license.
• BLS certification through American Heart Association.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required with at least one year RN experience.

Responsibilities

• Collects patient healthcare data using appropriate assessment techniques.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary team to implement a comprehensive patient-centered plan of care.
• Maintains awareness of current evidence-based practice and participates in quality improvement.
• Educates patients and families to facilitate health adjustments and outcomes.
