Jobot is seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse OR Circulator for our outpatient surgery center in Waltham, MA. The role concentrates on orthopedic procedures, especially total joints, in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have OR circulator experience in ambulatory surgery, strong communication skills, and a commitment to patient safety. Day shift options include 4x10s, 5x8s, or 3x10s with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Current RN license is required.
• OR experience in ambulatory surgery center preferred.
• Strong orthopedic experience, esp. total joint procedures, is mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the operating room, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
• Assist in the preparation and maintenance of the operating room environment.
• Circulate during surgical procedures, managing instruments, supplies, and equipment.
• Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure efficient and effective procedures.
• Monitor patients' conditions and provide appropriate interventions as needed.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
• Adhere to infection control and safety protocols.
• Participate in continuous education and training to stay current with best practices.
