CommonSpirit Health seeks an Ortho Neuro Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver compassionate, high-quality care to patients in Hot Springs, Arkansas. You will perform assessments, skilled procedures, and care plan implementation while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to optimize outcomes.

Success requires keen assessment, critical thinking, urgency, and a patient-first mindset in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• RN license in Arkansas upon hire.
• BLS/CPR within 30 Days.
• ACLS within 12 months.
• 6 months of acute care experience required.
• Preferred ortho/neuro experience and a BSN.

Responsibilities

• Comfort patients who are nervous and confused after surgery to make them feel safe and relaxed.
• Fast-paced work while paying attention to patient details across 30 beds in the unit.
• Welcome new patients and ensure they have medications to manage postoperative pain.
• Confidently inform families and patients about home care and hospital stay details.
• Work alongside a team of nurses that care about patient well-being.
