Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current RN license.
• BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
• Monitor and document patient condition and response to treatment.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Provide education to patient and family regarding procedures and discharge.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team for coordinated care.
• Promote patient safety and compliance with hospital policies.
