Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree required, BSN preferred.
• Current Iowa RN license, BLS, Mandatory Reporter.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Supervise and coordinate the efforts of LPNs, Patient Care Assistants, and other nursing staff.
• Collaborate interdepartmentally with physicians and other team members to ensure comprehensive care.
