Qualifications

• Experience in patient intake and vital signs is preferred.
• Ability to educate patients on orthopedic care and cast care.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Prepare exam rooms and ensure clinical areas are ready for patients and providers.
• Welcome and room patients, obtain vital signs, and document relevant medical history.
• Support physicians and clinical team with patient care during visits.
• Coordinate follow-up appointments and pre/post-operative care.
• Assist with surgery scheduling and pre-operative testing.
• Respond to patient calls and triage questions to address issues promptly.
• Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked exam and treatment rooms.
