Job summary

Fallstaff Search is recruiting for a surgical implant sales role in Washington, D.C. You will be among the first seven reps for a new product division launched by a surgical device company. The role requires selling to orthopedic surgeons with travel across large territories and a strong drive to establish a new market presence.

Base salary is $100k with a payout of sales, plus an additional bonus. Year-one expectations are around $150k and over $200k in year two, with full benefits and travel

Qualifications

• Experience selling physician-preferred products to surgeons.
• Orthopedic market knowledge is a plus.
• Willingness to travel across large territories.

Responsibilities

• Launch and build the new product line in assigned territories.
• Sell to orthopedic surgeons and clinical stakeholders.
• Travel to customer sites to drive adoption and growth.
