Job summary

Qualifications

• DAII Training or equivalent.
• Preferred 3–5 years of Dental Assistant experience.
• X-ray certification.
• CPR certification or plan to obtain CPR within 30 days of hire.
• Ability to present clinical information clearly to patients.
• Exhibits teamwork and professional integrity.

Responsibilities

• Assists the dentist providing dental treatment and passes instruments as needed.
• Prepares the treatment room, instruments, and materials for procedures.
• Supports patients through the visit and explains plans and insurance information.
• Maintains instruments, supplies, and equipment; keeps treatment rooms clean and sterilized.
• Schedules patients and helps with charting and record-keeping.
