Essity North America Inc. is seeking an Ortho Clinical Resource Specialist to educate customers on the company’s orthopedic products and foster strong relationships. The role emphasizes clinical expertise, vendor education, and support for hospital sales teams and trade shows.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years in healthcare, NBCOT/ROT certification, and the ability to travel up to 80% across domestic locations. Strong MS Office and presentation skills are required.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor's degree or healthcare certification.
• 3–5 years in healthcare industry.
• Orthopedic OTC/ROT certification within 90 days.
• Willingness to travel up to 80% domestically.
• Strong MS Office and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical education and training to customers within territory.
• Deliver educational presentations at shows and to groups.
• Collaborate with Account Managers on offerings.
• Coordinate educational rollouts for clients.
• Document activities in CRM and other systems.
• Support clinical program rollouts with the Clinical Director.
• Travel to domestic locations as needed.
