Job summary

Essity is seeking an experienced Ortho Clinical Resource Specialist to provide clinical education on our orthopedic products and build strong customer relationships across the U.S. You will train hospital staff, support sales reps, set up trials, and participate in trade shows.

The role requires travel up to 80% domestically and a strong background in orthopedics. A healthcare degree and NBCOT/ROT certifications are preferred, with a commitment to Essity's values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or healthcare certification required.
• OTC (NBCOT) and ROT certifications preferred within first 90 days of hire.
• 5–10 years in orthopedic practice or related clinical roles preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 80% domestically.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Provide expert clinical consultation within defined territory; travel may be required.
• Deliver presentations to medium/large groups and at health care shows.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to offer educational programs.
• Coordinate educational rollouts for new/existing customers.
• Maintain CRM and expense systems; document activities.
• Support clinical programs with the Clinical Director.
• Travel as needed to support customers and tradeshows.
• Represent Essity with professional conduct and ethics.
