Zusammenfassung

Essity seeks an experienced Orthopedic Clinician to provide clinical education and training on our orthopedic products across the United States. You will work with hospital sales teams, set up trials, support trade shows, and travel up to 80% to client sites and events.

The ideal candidate has a healthcare degree and 3–5 years in the healthcare field, with OTC/ROT certifications preferred. Strong presentation and relationship-building skills are essential to drive value for customers and Essity.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or healthcare certification required.
• 3–5 years of experience in the healthcare industry.
• Willingness to travel up to 80% domestically.
• OTC/ROT certifications within first 90 days of hire.
• Strong customer focus and communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM tools.

Aufgaben

• Provide expert clinical consultations within defined territory; travel across the United States as needed.
• Deliver presentations to medium/large groups and at shows.
• Collaborate with Account Managers on educational offerings.
• Coordinate educational rollouts for new and existing customers.
• Leverage industry knowledge to be seen as a trusted category specialist.
• Work with Clinical Director to roll out new clinical programs and content.
• Identify opportunities to advance customer outcomes.
• Document activities in CRM and expense systems.
• Develop personal and clinical skill sets through ongoing training.

Ausbildung

Bachelor's Degree

Orthopedic Technologist Certified (OTC) via NBCOT

Registered Orthopedic Technologist (ROT) via American Society of Orthopedic Professionals

ATC (via BOC) certification
