Illinois Bone and Joint Institute, LLC is seeking a Medical Administrative Assistant to coordinate patient evaluation and treatment activities in our Orland Park clinic.

The role ensures medical records, imaging, reports, and forms are ready before visits; assists physicians during examinations; facilitates patient education and referrals; and supports efficient clinic operations through documentation and supply management.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or Bachelor’s degree; 3–4 years in healthcare preferred.
• Knowledge of medical terminology.
• Proficiency with computers and healthcare software systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Epic experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient evaluation and treatment activities within the clinic.
• Ensure medical records, imaging, reports, and forms are ready before visits.
• Assist physicians during examinations and procedures.
