Job summary

OrthoCarolina is seeking an ASC Registered Nurse (RN) at the Matthews Ambulatory Surgery Center. The RN will deliver orthopedic peri-operative nursing care, coordinate telephone pre-admission assessments, and participate in ASC operations to ensure high-quality patient care.

The ideal candidate will have NC RN licensure, at least two years in ambulatory settings, PACU experience, and BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications. Join a team dedicated to quality, teamwork, service, and community.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing.
• Current License/registration by NC as a registered Nurse.
• At least two years’ experience in ambulatory care.
• PACU experience required.
• BLS, ACLS and PALS certifications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate telephone pre-admission assessment process for ASC patients.
• Function as a team member in an ASC environment and support turnover and day-to-day operations.
• Provide orthopedic peri-operative nursing care in the ASC setting.
