Job summary

OrthoCarolina is seeking an ASC Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Mallard Creek location as an OR Circulator. This role is full-time, 40 hours per week, typically 5:00am–7:30pm, with ambulatory and OR experience preferred and required as noted.

The RN will provide orthopedic perioperative care and coordinate pre-admission assessments for ASC patients. The ideal candidate will be a graduate of an accredited nursing program, hold NC RN licensure, and possess BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing
• Current NC license as a Registered Nurse
• Ambulatory experience or OR experience (2+ years)
• BLS, ACLS and PALS certifications

Responsibilities

• Function as a team member in an ASC environment, including turnover and day-to-day ASC operations
• Coordinate telephone pre-admission assessments for ASC patients
• Provide high-quality perioperative nursing care in orthopedic settings
