Job summary

Morrison Child and Family Services seeks a Business Manager to ensure successful operations of the ORR program(s) and to establish processes for Administrative staff at Mt Scott, OR. This position reports to the Director of Business Operations and participates in coordination with fiscal, IT/Facilities, and HR teams.

You will assist with ORR reporting requirements and federal/state audits, while supporting other Morrison departments to maintain program efficiency and compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3 years progressive office experience in an office setting.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in business administration or related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversees operations of ORR programs and supports administrative staff.
• Supervises the Business Coordinator and Administrative Coordinators as needed.
• Manages ORR reporting, including quarterly and annual reports.
