Rite of Passage Team in Oracle, AZ is hiring an ORR Lead Medical Coordinator (RN) to oversee medical coordination at Sycamore Canyon Academy. The successful candidate will lead a team, ensure clinical care meets program needs, and support wellness for youth in a therapeutic educational setting.

The role requires an RN with a Bachelor’s degree or higher in health-related field, plus supervisory and health administration experience.

Qualifications

• Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) with a Bachelor's Degree or higher health-related qualification.
• Minimum 1 year in public health or healthcare with care coordination or direct clinical care.
• Experience in medical billing and insurance; prior supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

Compensation

$47.00 per hour

Minimum Qualifications To be considered for this opportunity, candidates must have:

• Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) with a Bachelor's Degree, or higher health-related qualification (e.g.
  Physician Assistant, Nurse Practitioner)
• A minimum of 1 year of employment in public health or a healthcare setting with demonstrated experience
  in care coordination, health administration, or direct clinical care.
• Experience in medical billing and insurance preferred.
• Prior supervisory experience.
• Good interpersonal skills including the ability to interview potential employees if required.
