You will oversee project execution, financial performance, and a high-performing team, coordinating with executive leadership and partners to win work and manage risk. Requirements include a construction-related degree and extensive industry leadership, with a proven track record in business development, budgeting, and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in construction-related field.
• Extensive experience in commercial construction and leadership roles.
• Proven success in business development and strong local network.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation abilities.
• Experience in budgeting, cost analysis, and financial oversight.
• Experience serving on boards and community organizations.
• Knowledge of construction processes, codes, and safety standards.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar software.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee Orlando business development strategies and performance.
• Lead operational oversight of Orlando projects and teams.
• Collaborate with preconstruction, estimating, operations, and business development.
• Review budgets, forecasts, and financial results for the Orlando operation.
• Represent the company at events, meetings, and community activities.
