Bigfoot Roofing & Construction is hiring an Experienced Storm Restoration Roofing Sales Representative to join our Florida team. This full-time W-2 role offers commission-based earnings and travel.

You will inspect roofs for storm damage, document findings, explain roofing solutions, and guide homeowners through the insurance claims process, coordinating with adjusters and internal teams. Ideal candidates have prior storm restoration or roofing sales experience, familiarity with insurance-funded

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of storm restoration or roofing sales experience.
• Experience with insurance-funded roofing projects and adjuster meetings.
• Able to generate leads and manage a sales pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and assess storm damage on residential roofs and exteriors.
• Document findings with photos and clear notes.
• Explain roofing options and assist homeowners with the claims process.
• Meet with insurance adjusters and review scopes of work.
• Generate new business in assigned storm response areas.
• Coordinate with estimating, production, and operations teams.
