Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Determine physical therapy diagnosis and establish a plan of care.
• Design and implement treatment plans using standards, techniques, and insurance guidelines.
• Document and charge accurately, timely and completely.
• Participate in marketing to physicians to build referral relationships.
• Perform evaluations and re-evaluations using recommended methods.
• Oversee PT assistants and rehab aides per regulations and standards.
• Maintain productivity and adjust hours to meet patient needs.
