Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Proven ability to communicate clearly in written and spoken English.
• Good typing speed (35+ WPM) and accurate data entry.
• Experience in healthcare or insurance call centers is a plus.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and patient confidentiality is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and resolve member or provider inquiries about eligibility, benefits, claims, and authorizations.
• Document intake information accurately in designated systems and maintain data integrity.
• Educate members/providers on claims submission, treatment plans, and early issue resolution.
• Identify issues, perform follow-up tasks, and refer complex cases to appropriate teams.
• Adhere to quality and productivity standards while delivering excellent service.
