Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and resolve member/provider inquiries efficiently.
• Make outbound calls to resolve issues or obtain information for authorizations.
• Document interactions accurately in designated systems.
• Educate members and providers on claims, benefits, and submission processes.
• Escalate or triage calls as needed while maintaining confidentiality.
