Talent Catch in Orlando is seeking a Logistics Manager to join our fully on-site team, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM. This role offers hands-on responsibility for planning, coordinating, and optimizing freight and inventory across client distribution networks.

You will work with carriers, warehouse staff and internal teams, maintain schedules and reports, and support senior leaders with performance updates. The position emphasizes organization, initiative, and professional communication.

Formación

• Experience in logistics support or supply chain coordination.
• Strong time management and attention to detail.
• Clear communication with colleagues, carriers, and vendors.
• Ability to manage multiple shipping priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Organise freight dispatch and inventory distribution from staging to final delivery.
• Maintain shipping schedules, transit deadlines, and fleet progress trackers.
• Liaise with carriers, warehouse teams, and internal departments on distribution.
• Prepare shipping reports, manifests, and supply chain updates.
• Monitor transit activity and flag potential delays.
• Coordinate warehouse resources and loading dock schedules; support day-to-day freight ops.
• Assist senior operations directors with logistics reviews and performance updates.
