Position: Full-Time

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM

Our Orlando-based business works with clients across retail, telecommunications, hospitality and consumer services, managing supply chains and transport rollouts that support their wider business objectives.

We're expanding our logistics team and have an opening for a Logistics Manager. This position offers the chance to gain experience across different client supply networks while working in a structured, collaborative office and distribution environment.

How You'll Spend Your Week

• Helping organise freight dispatch and inventory distribution from initial staging through to final delivery
• Maintaining shipping schedules, transit deadlines and fleet progress trackers
• Liaising with carriers, warehouse teams and internal departments on distribution requirements
• Preparing shipping reports, manifest documentation and supply chain updates
• Monitoring transit activity and flagging potential delivery delays
• Coordinating warehouse resources, loading dock schedules and supporting day-to-day freight operations
• Assisting senior operations directors with logistics reviews and performance updates

We're interested in people who are organised, comfortable taking initiative and able to communicate professionally.

Ideally, you'll have:

• Experience in logistics support, supply chain coordination, freight dispatch or warehouse administration
• Strong time management and attention to detail
• Confidence communicating with colleagues, carrier representatives and vendors
• Ability to manage several shipping priorities without losing track of transit deadlines
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, inventory systems, or logistics management software
• A practical approach to solving transport challenges and following through on daily dispatch tasks

You don't need to have held a Logistics Manager title previously, but some experience in a professional logistics or supply chain environment would be beneficial.

The Working Arrangement

This is a fully on-site Logistics Manager position in Orlando, working directly with our supply chain and distribution operations teams.

You’ll have a consistent weekday schedule, guidance from experienced colleagues and opportunities to develop your transport coordination and logistics management skills.
