Job summary

Arnold Palmer Hospital for Children in Orlando, Florida, invites a nephrologist to join a growing private practice consisting of two nephrologists and ARNPs. The role covers outpatient clinics, hospitals, and dialysis centers with exposure to HD, PD, and transplant care.

H-1B/J-1 sponsorship is available for eligible candidates. Compensation includes a base salary of $240,000–$250,000 with productivity-based incentives that can significantly increase total annual pay.

Qualifications

• MD/DO degree required.
• Board certification in Nephrology or eligibility in Internal Medicine required.
• Florida medical license preferred; recent graduates welcome.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nephrology care in outpatient clinics, hospitals, and dialysis centers.
• Participate in hemodialysis (HD), peritoneal dialysis (PD), and kidney transplant care.
• Collaborate with ARNPs and colleagues in a supportive environment.
• Share weekend call coverage every third weekend.
