Join an established and growing nephrology private practice in Orlando, Florida, alongside two experienced nephrologists and three Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioners (ARNPs). We are seeking a motivated, full-time nephrologist to provide comprehensive nephrology care across multiple settings, including outpatient clinics, hospitals, and dialysis centers. The position offers exposure to hemodialysis (HD), peritoneal dialysis (PD), and kidney transplant care in a supportive, collaborative, and collegial environment.

Competitive Compensation and Incentives: The position offers a starting base salary of $240,000–$250,000, along with monthly productivity-based incentive bonuses beginning in the first year of employment. The annual productivity bonus has the potential to reach approximately $80,000–$100,000 during the first year, depending on productivity and performance. With continued practice growth and increased productivity, total annual compensation is expected to reach $500,000 or more after two years of employment.

Comprehensive Benefits Package: Benefits include medical malpractice insurance, family health insurance coverage, three weeks of paid vacation, a continuing medical education (CME) allowance, and a 401(k) retirement plan.

Clinical Support and Work Schedule: The position includes weekend call coverage every third weekend, with ARNP support. Hemodialysis rounding is also supported by ARNPs, allowing for a collaborative approach to patient care and efficient clinical workflow.

This is a permanent, full-time opportunity for a nephrologist seeking long-term professional growth, competitive earning potential, and a supportive practice environment. H-1B visa and J-1 visa sponsorship are available for eligible candidates.

Qualifications: Candidates must hold an MD or DO degree and be board-certified or board-eligible in Nephrology. Board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine is also required. A Florida medical license is preferred, and recent graduates are welcome to apply.
