The position offers a competitive base salary of $240,000–$250,000 with monthly productivity bonuses; potential total earnings $500,000+ after two years.

Qualifications

• MD/DO degree required and board-certified or board-eligible in Nephrology.
• Florida medical license preferred; visa sponsorship considered for eligible candidates.
• Recent graduates may apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide nephrology care in outpatient clinics, hospital, and dialysis centers.
• Collaborate with ARNPs and colleagues to coordinate patient care.
• Manage HD and PD patients; participate in kidney transplant care as applicable.
• Contribute to a collegial, growth-oriented private practice environment.
