Job summary

BCG Attorney Search in Orlando, FL seeks a Mass Tort Litigation Attorney to manage diverse litigation responsibilities, including drafting pleadings, discovery management, and trial preparation. You will collaborate with paralegals and case managers to ensure compliance with court orders and firm standards.

Requirements include a JD and at least two years of litigation experience; strong organizational and analytical abilities; and familiarity with civil procedure.

Qualifications

• JD required.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in litigation matters.
• Substantial experience with complex litigation preferred.
• Experience mentoring and supervising others preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute litigation strategy for mass tort matters.
• Draft, review, and file pleadings and substantive motions.
• Ensure compliance with case management and scheduling orders.
• Monitor and implement developments in coordinated proceedings.
• Provide direction to paralegals and review work product.
• Identify and develop liability and damages proof.
• Assess and recommend appropriate venue and jurisdiction for filing.
• Support settlement and resolution efforts.
