AppleOne Employment Services seeks an experienced Associate Litigation Attorney for a growing Orlando law firm. You will manage liability matters from investigation through trial and collaborate with clients to shape case strategy.

This full-time, direct-hire role emphasizes depositions, pleadings, and hearings with opportunities to travel. The firm offers a collaborative environment, competitive compensation, and meaningful responsibility in complex litigation.

Qualifications

• 4 to 10+ years of litigation experience.
• Experience with product liability, production defects, or other liability matters.
• Experience taking and defending depositions.
• Experience preparing for hearings.
• Strong research, writing, and drafting skills.
• Excellent client communication and reporting.

Responsabilités

• Manage litigation matters from initial investigation through resolution, settlement, or trial.
• Take and defend depositions, prepare witnesses, and support discovery strategy.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery responses, reports, and other legal documents.
• Prepare for and argue hearings while supporting overall case strategy.
• Investigate and defend liability claims, including product liability and production defect matters.
• Communicate regularly with clients and collaborate with attorneys, staff, and case teams.
