Job summary

Lithko Contracting in Orlando, FL is seeking an Estimator to join our team. You will assist with quantity take-off, pricing, and bidding of commercial and industrial construction projects.

The role focuses on accurate estimating, coordination with pre-construction, and use of concrete estimating methods. A Bachelor’s degree in CM/Engineering is required, with experience in self-perform or concrete contracting considered a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering is required.
• Experience with structural concrete estimating preferred.
• Experience with estimating for commercial/industrial projects is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up estimates with alternates, general conditions, vendor/subcontractor pricing, and labor rates.
• Perform take-offs and quantify concrete scope items for bids.
• Provide accurate project information during turnover and planning phases.
• Ensure operations receive detailed information for execution.
