Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering is required.
• Experience with structural concrete estimating preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook is required.
• Experience with take-off software and bid processes is a plus.
• Experience with negotiated and hard bids is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Sets up an estimate to include correct alternates, general conditions, and pricing.
• Conducts a take-off by owning all items from take-off software and quantify concrete scope.
• Provides accurate project information to the appropriate parties during turnover and planning.
• Ensures operations have detailed information to plan and execute.
