Job summary

Lithko Contracting is seeking an estimator to join our team in Greenville, SC. The Estimator will support the Estimating staff and Pre-Construction Lead in all aspects of estimating, including quantity take-offs, pricing, and bidding for commercial and industrial construction projects.

The role requires experience with structural concrete estimating, proficiency with take-off software and MS Office, and strong organizational and communication skills to prepare accurate bids for projects over $1

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering is required.
Experience with structural concrete estimating is preferred.
Proficiency with take-off software and MS Office.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Experience with Self-Perform General Contractor or Concrete Contractor is a plus.

Responsibilities

Set up estimates with correct alternates, general conditions, and vendor/subcontractor pricing.
Conduct take-offs and quantify all concrete scope items using take-off software.
Provide correct project information to appropriate parties during turnover and planning.
Validate that detailed information is delivered to the operations team to support project execution.
