Qualifications

• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all branch aspects including deposits and investments, operations, and coaching the team.
• Represent the brand with hospitality, delivering banking solutions and financial technology.
• Develop a high-performing team through coaching and development.
• Foster community relationships and ensure a strong risk and control environment.
• Guide the branch to growth using the Branch Scorecard and strategic planning.
