You will manage branch operations, empower staff, and foster community connections, including weekend/evening hours as required.

Formación

• Proven leadership and staff coaching experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and develop growth plans.
• Strong decision-making and integrity in risk- and control-focused environment.
• Experience connecting teams, partners, and clients with technology.
• 2+ years of management or Chase leadership experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
