Job summary

JetBlue seeks a Senior IT Systems Engineer to lead enterprise endpoint management across Windows, macOS, iOS and Android, using Intune, SCCM/MECM, and Autopilot. You will drive UEM and Zero Trust initiatives, implement policies, and enable secure, scalable workplace technology.

You'll collaborate with Security, Infrastructure, Cloud, and Service Desk teams in a hybrid Orlando-based role, with on-call support and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 4 years of IT experience focused on endpoint engineering, management and EUC.
• Deep expertise in Microsoft Endpoint Manager including Intune and SCCM/MECM.
• Hands-on Windows Autopilot, co-management, and modern device provisioning.
• Experience in multi‑platform environments (Windows/macOS/iOS/Android).
• Experience with MDM/MAM and endpoint security policies.
• PowerShell scripting and automation for endpoint tasks.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% overnight; able to pass background/drug checks for US work.
• Eligible to work in the US; visa sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage enterprise endpoint management solutions using Intune, SCCM/MECM, and Microsoft Endpoint Manager.
• Lead endpoint architecture and engineering across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android.
• Drive UEM strategy including device provisioning and compliance enforcement.
• Implement and manage Windows Autopilot and co-management (Intune + SCCM).
• Develop and enforce endpoint security policies including Zero Trust and Conditional Access.
• Manage MDM and MAM policies to secure enterprise data and apps.
• Administer Azure AD (Entra ID), GPO, and identity-based access controls.
• Automate endpoint management tasks with PowerShell and scripting.
• Serve as Tier 3 escalation point; perform RCA and implement long-term fixes.
• Collaborate with Security, Infrastructure, Cloud, and Service Desk teams.
• Document architectures and operational procedures; stay current with trends.
• Participate in on-call rotation for critical incidents.
