Job summary

Renova One is seeking an Account Executive to drive new client acquisition and nurture existing relationships in the Orlando multi-family services sector. You will manage a sales pipeline from prospecting through close, targeting property management companies and ownership groups, and representing Renova One at events.

The role requires a proven sales track record in construction/renovation or related industries, strong communication skills, and a client-centric approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• At least 2 years of professional sales experience in construction/renovation or related industries
• Multifamily industry experience strongly preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong problem-solving and customer service orientation
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Effective time management under pressure and ability to meet deadlines
• Strong interpersonal skills for building relationships

Responsibilities

• Meet annual sales targets by developing and executing sales plans for management groups and individual customers
• Prospect and build relationships with property management companies and ownership groups in the Orlando market to grow multi-family services
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through close
• Identify customer challenges and provide actionable solutions to expand the customer base
• Cultivate long-term relationships with internal and external stakeholders with high satisfaction and loyalty
• Represent Renova One at industry events and client meetings
• Maintain profitability by leveraging product knowledge to propose fitting solutions with high margins
• Address customer concerns promptly and seek mutually beneficial resolutions
• Prepare and deliver proposals, estimates, and other documentation as needed
• Relate Renova One values during client and company events
• Manage expenses within allotted budgets
