Responsibilities

You will understand Orkin’s termite protection services and make strategic recommendations after performing thorough inspections, from attics to crawlspaces, to ensure homes and families are protected. Your ability to listen, explain solutions clearly, and build trust will be key.

You will…

  • Prioritize safety in all tasks.
  • Maintain utmost professionalism and integrity.
  • Be an empathetic problem solver, recommending tailored pest solutions based on training.
  • Generate new business through prospecting and leads, supported by our advertising budget.
  • Schedule and conduct home visits, explaining products and services to clients.
  • Perform interior and exterior inspections, with training provided.
  • Make informed recommendations, address questions, and set clear expectations.
  • Utilize provided tools like the iPad for sales documentation and organization, with training included.
