Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field or equivalent.
• Two years of experience structuring lender finance and asset-backed facilities.
• Proficient in cash flow modeling, Moody's and S&P standards.
• Experience drafting term sheets and legal documentation.
• Analyze collateral eligibility, borrowing base, and covenants.

Responsibilities

• Structure and execute lender finance and asset-backed facilities for private credit managers.
• Lead diligence, approval, documentation, and closing through coordination with stakeholders.
• Monitor post-closing portfolio performance and collateral quality.
