Job summary

Tubi is seeking an Original Content Coordinator in Los Angeles to support development, production, and external positioning of our original content. You will work closely with the Chief Content Officer and production teams in a high-touch, data-driven environment.

This in-person role Monday-Thursday in LA with Friday remote is supported by a strong benefits package and a culture of collaboration across unscripted, scripted, casting, and management teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent experience.
• 1–2 years in production, development or desk experience at a major studio or streaming platform.
• Strong Excel, PowerPoint, Airtable and Google Workspace familiarity, and AI proficiency.
• Detail orientation with data-driven mindset and teamwork.
• Passion for original scripted and unscripted content.

Responsibilities

• Perform administrative tasks including expense reports, travel bookings, scheduling, and meeting prep.
• Support development through post-production and exhibition stages.
• Coordinate high-touch talent relations events and logistics.
• Lead gift program logistics and track impact on creator relationships.
• Share closed-deal details with internal teams.
• Collaborate across departments to move projects forward.
• Maintain production records and schedules across all stages.
• Handle ad hoc projects with a flexible, problem-solving mindset.
• Maintain calendars and provide logistical support.
