Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Investigate losses and determine origin and cause per client assignments.
• Identify third-party responsibility and pursue subrogation potential.
• Maintain reporting commitments to clients per procedures.
• Promote EFI services within the insurance industry and territory.
• Liaise between the insurance industry and law enforcement/fire personnel.
• Interview witnesses and gather information for a factual investigation.
• Ensure compliance with privacy laws and public records regulations.
